Up Up & Away Party for Baker!

We celebrated Baker's 2nd birthday with some friends & family today! He had a great party with lots of presents, good food, and yummy cupcakes! We didn't get to play outside due to the rain but we still had a good time! Here's a few pictures to capture the day. Gordie (our photographer) will be doing some birthday pictures of Baker soon. We just have to wait for this mystery rash to disappear from his face!

Love this picture even though its a little blurry. He LOVED those cupcakes!

Getting some help from Nana
Mmm these are "ummy mama!"
Here's a close up of the cupcakes! I made them myself decorations & all.
I had 48 cupcakes...this is only a few of them. whew, thank goodness Gordie's work loves sweets or else we'd be drowning in cupcakes!
Candid shot of the big boy
Part of the spread before burgers and hot dogs were put out
Centerpiece I threw together when I remembered I didn't have one. I thought it was pretty resourceful! I got to put some of those packing peanuts to use. They were supposed to look like clouds! :)
Some of the big boys "baoons". He LOVED them and told the guy blowing up them up at Bi-Lo to "Go, Go, Go!" hahaha
He is a pro at opening presents
Digging in the bag to see what goodies he could find
This bear my mom got Baker was a hit. It sings "I've been working on the railroad" and sways at the same time. He loves it and we are singing the song in our sleep!
Here are Lillian & Baker again enjoying the playmat rug my mom gave him. Lillian is 3 months younger than Baker so on February 22nd will be her big 2nd birthday!
Madi playing with Harold the helicopter!
She is the most precious girl in the world - seriously! Madi and Baker are a year apart. She'll be 3 on November 27th! I wish I could have gotten a picture of them hugging each other before she left. It was too sweet & priceless. Madi even said I love you! :) Don't worry Madi, Baker loves you too!
This is one of his favorite toys! He couldn't wait for me to get it open
Family Pic! These are more challenging with a toddler that doesn't want to sit still or look happy!
Random Shot of the living room & some of the guests.

Thank goodness birthdays only happen once a year. Parties take a lot of planning and these days time is not on my side as I don't have enough of it! We can't wait to see how Baker changes and develops this year as a 2 yr old! We love you Baker Liam Moore!
