Happy Father's Day

HAPPY FATHER'S DAY!

First up on the celebration docket Father's Day weekend was Pops, Gordie's Dad, whom I call Big G.  We celebrated in true fashion at Leo's for dinner in Lugoff Friday night.  We had a blast and we learned Baker doesn't care for chicken wings as he prefers eating the celery/ranch with a big heaping side of wing chips.
Second up celebrating was my main squeeze, Gordie.  The boys did some arts/crafts for him at school and we couldn't wait to give them to him!  Gordie is a wonderful father to our boys.  He's always there to give them one more tickle to make them giggle, hug/kiss when they get hurt, and hand to hold when they're needing comfort.  I love going back and looking at the sweet pictures of him and Baker when B was a baby and watching him today snuggle with P.  He stole my heart from the beginning and his love for our boys continues to make my heart swell.

Did I mention I married SuperDad? :)
Lastly, the most near and dear to my heart...my Daddio. We attempted to celebrate poolside at my brother's in Lexington but the pool was closed for some reason but we didn't let that stop us!  We all ventured out to the park at Lake Murray and enjoyed sub sandwiches, drinks, sun, and the water! We polished off the evening with dinner at Copper River which was absolutely delicious!   My daddy is so special to me.  I don't think he'll ever know just how much I appreciate everything he has done for me over the years and continues to do. I am one fortunate girl to have such an awesome dad (&mom too!) that will drop everything to help me, Gordie, or the boys at any moment in time.  Have I mentioned lately how grateful I am to be living back in SC and be so close to them?  :)

Love My Daddio.

I love this one. Back in the day in Utah -- Gordie and Daddio painting Baker's nursery & having a good time.

One memorable trip -- July 2009.  Utah, Oregon, & Washington
I love and adore these daddies in my life everyday but most importantly today.
Happy Father's Day! I don't know where I'd be without your love, support, and guidance.
