We got notification that Baker will be moving up to his new room when we get back from vacation. He has a week of transitioning meaning he spends half the day in his new room and half the day in his old room. I really hate to see him move rooms. We have gotten so used to those girls and they just love Baker so much so I hate to see him (and us!) have to learn a whole new set of girls and the way they do things. Hopefully he will like his new room!
Baker hasn't really done anything new lately other than being diagnosed with his 2nd double ear infection on Sunday. If he has another one then we are looking at tubes. Oh joy! He now weighs a lovable 15lbs 6 oz. Despite him having ear infections again, he certainly doesn't show any signs which can be good and also bad. He isn't irritable, doesn't pull on his ears, and isn't fussy. Our boy only cries when he is tired or hungry so it makes it difficult to know when he really isn't feeling well as he is always happy and smiling.
He found his feet a while ago that I put in a previous post but he now grabs onto them religiously during diaper changes and anytime he is lying on his back. His feet are his new best friend, besides RK of course! Other than that he is still rolling over (when he wants to), eating well, and laughing a lot.

We did have a first the other night when we gave him 1oz of apple juice. He was having some constipation from the rice cereal. I went out and bought him some gerber baby apple juice and of course Gordie couldn't wait for him to try some. I am supposed to give him 1 oz in the AM & PM until his stool is back to normal. He absolutely LOVED it. :) Then again, I would wonder if he didn't like it since both Gordie and I love apple juice.
I started Stage 1 baby veggies on Saturday (05/01/10). His first taste was green beans and he LOVES them. Each day he gets more excited about them. His eyes just light up when he sees the bowl come out of the cabinet. What can I say, our boy loves food but who in our family doesn't?
We got him a fisher price jumperoo on Saturday and he really has enjoyed it. His feet barely touch the floor so he can't jump too well but it will only be a matter of time. He loves to play with all the toys attached to it so he has enjoyed it.
