Happy Halloween

It's Halloween Weekend - Can you believe it has already been a year? Remember this little lion last year? This year our sweet boy was a pirate! The cutest one around but of course I'm biased!

We had SO much fun tonight at trunk or treat at my church! It was Baker's first time and he quickly caught on and is now a pro. However, he wouldn't say a single word the entire time! We had been working so hard on him saying trick or treat. But in the excitement of it all he just enjoyed looking around and taking it all in...costumes, sights, sounds, and can we say candy! He got a lot of candy loot and even some pretzels and fruit snacks too! It was a lot of fun seeing which candy he would pick when they let him grab a piece. At first he tried to take more than one piece but after we corrected him then he remembered to only take one. He carried his pumpkin the entire way and it actually got pretty heavy for him. But of course, the act of collecting/picking up and putting it away is one of his favorite things to do he was literally in his element the entire time! On the way home, he got a hold of a lollipop...unwrapped it...and kept calling my name so I would look at him eating it on his own. Yes, he was so PROUD of himself that he just couldn't contain it. Of course Gordie and I laugh hysterically! :) Our boy is quite unique and such a little trickster too!

The Gang!

Ready to get some loot!
