Big Boy Bed, 3rd Haircut, & Library Fun

We made a big transition in our house this past Sunday. We made Baker's crib into a daybed which means a big boy bed!!! The first night was a success and every night after that we have had no issues. He absolutely loves it!! He woke up the first night at 3AM and cried. I snuck in to see if he was okay and nothing was wrong so he went right back to sleep. The rest of the week he slept great! This morning he even woke up singing "EIEIO"! :) The cute thing is, he waits until we come get him out of his bed rather than getting out and coming to get us. SUCH a SWEETHEART!

The new transition makes naptime much more challenging but we are getting there!

Baker got his third haircut today! This time we went to Sharkey's Cuts for Kids and they did a great job! We'll definitely be going back!

He did so good that we made a stop by the library on the way home. I never really noticed the library on Hwy One but I am SO excited that we found it. I think we will make this a weekly Saturday trip. He loved picking out books to "read", puzzles to play with, and we even got a movie and 2 books checked out for this week all of which were Baker's selections. He is getting to be such a big boy in so many ways -- he amazes me so much right now. Check out this video! This is such an awesome stage!! We love our boy!
