Happy Valentine's Day!

(click the link above)

Isn't that just the cutest picture you've seen? His big smile just melts my heart.

This Valentine's Day we are celebrating Love: Love for each other, Love for Baker, Love for family, Love for great friends, and most importantly Love for God! The message "I do Choose" at church this past Sunday about choices was awesome. God's love for us is there as long as we are willing to make a commitment and accept it.

We don't have any spectacular plans to celebrate and we wouldn't have it any other way. Spending time with my little valentines (Gordie & Baker) is the perfect way to spend the evening along with a nice steak dinner prepared by hubs, of course!

Baker and I did make valentines over the weekend to help celebrate the day with his friends at school. I jumped on the bandwagon and made homemade heart shaped crayons. I never knew it would be as easy and that they would turn out just SO darn cute!
Here's a pic of the first out of all 18 crayons I made...

Here it is! Isn't it cute? Yes, cheesy saying and all! This valentine is for a special 3 year old friend named Madi. She doesn't go to Baker's school but he requested we make one for her! Madi is the daughter of a couple we are really good friends. They are finally at an age where they are enjoying playing with each other! I can't wait for him to give it to her...although I'm sure he'll probably be an indian giver and want it back. Ha!
