Our Father's Day was really laid back due to ANOTHER sickness. Can you believe that Baker is sick, again?! We don't know what it is yet but we do know he has another ear infection in his left ear so we are on another round of antibiotics for that. Zithromax for 5 days this time. We also battled a wicked diaper rash from his diarreah/stomach bug from over a week ago so we got some prescription cream at the dr. office to put on it which seems to be helping tremendously. He screamed so much during diaper changes and it got to the point where we couldn't even use wipes because his bum was so chapped and almost bleeding at times. We also have to change him constantly as he can't even keep a diaper on that he only pees in once because it was hurts him so bad. Poor baby! He was barely sleeping in 2 hour stretches Friday and Saturday night so we knew he was feeling really bad. The hard thing was trying to determine what was wrong with him. Whether it was the diaper rash, if he was hungry, his ear hurting, his coughing, or his congestion. A laundry list of items if you ask me! He had us spoiled since he slept so well as a newborn that these sleepless nights had us dragging! But we'll do anything for him! I'll keep you posted when we hear something from the Dr. on what he might have. Keep your fingers crossed that it's just something viral that he has to "wait it out".
