favorite activity is coloring
hair is getting out of control (I'm not allowed to cut it per Gordie's orders but his "wings" are a little much!)
hates the medicine we have to give him for his staph infection (no clue where he got it!)
is getting to be a pickier eater by the day but still LOVES yogurt and chicken
is starting to sing his ABC's. He gets to G when you help him sing along.
is in size 4 diapers and shows signs of awareness when he uses the bathroom and tells me when he is dirty or needs a change. He is showing signs of potty training in our future but I think I will wait until he is 2.
loves to give kisses, say hi, buh bye, and ni ni which is night night to everyone!
screams mama when I walk in the door at daycare to pick him up
says nana real loud and repeatedly when we pull up in the driveway at my parents house
has a sneaky smile when he knows somethings up!
is still sleeping a lot and we aren't complaining! I have to wake him up in the mornings and usually he is none to pleased. I don't blame him because I'd rather stay in bed too!
loves to dance in the car, say truck/train/car when he sees them go by on the way to school
Overall, Baker being 21 months has proved to be the most awesome month in communication. He says a lot more to us, he is becoming more aware of everything around him, and most of all we are realizing that our little boy is growing into being such a smart, handsome big boy. Now, if time would just slow down so I can savor these days just a little bit more!
I hope everyone has an awesome, safe labor day weekend! Woohoo!! I was in desperate need of a long weekend!
