Skin to Skin

When we ask Baker about having a brother or a sister, he lights up and says "seester".  Well, we realize that is his preference; however, regardless of whatever his sibling ends up being I know he will be the best big brother.

Gordie and Baker always had a special bond...what father and son don't?  However, from birth they have enjoyed skin to skin time.  You are told to do skin to skin with newborns to help wake them up for feedings.  Baker thoroughly enjoyed skin to skin with Gordie as they still continue it today!  Whenever Baker sees Gordie take his shirt off or sit on the couch without his shirt he immediately pulls his up and wants him to take it off and will say "skin to skin daddy? please!"  It really is the most precious.thing.ever!

I just hope Gordie is ready for skin to skin with 2 as I know Baker will still be wanting it especially once the new baby arrives!
