He is eating a lot more baby foods and since he sits on his own we now moved him up to Stage 2. Yesterday we tried the first "mixture or combo" baby food which was sweet potatoes and corn. He LOVED it. We got some good morning mixtures with grains like oatmeal and fruits already mixed to see if he'd like them. Right now I am mixing my own banana oatmeal for him so we'll see how he likes those.
He is still talking and babbling a lot mostly just da da, ba ba, ga, etc. No ma ma yet or nothing that I've heard. Gordie said he's heard him vaguely say ma but we haven't heard anything since so I'm thinking it was a fluke.
He loves bath time and we now just sit him in the tub as we have graduated from using his infant tub. He loves to sit up for us and play with his bath toys, mostly his rubber ducky and his turtle, octopus, and fish squirt toys. He thinks it is hilarious when we use them to blow air on him and when you use them to squirt water on him while he's in the tub he gets this look of "what the heck where did that come from?"on his face. :)
