Happy Halloween

We were so excited to celebrate halloween this year now that Baker is a little older and can understand the concept of tricker treating!  I realized this year that we never managed to carve a pumpkin last year or this year!  I hate that.  I feel like Baker would have enjoyed picking out the gooey "guts" but we just always get so busy and never get around to it.  We'll have to make it a point next year.

As you may recall, we had the world's cutest pirate last year.  This year to go along with Baker's birthday theme we wanted to get him an astronaut costume.  So what's the BEST astronaut costume you can think of?  That's right....Mr. BUZZ LIGHTYEAR himself!  Baker has seen Toy Story but he wasn't ever really fond of any character but now that we have introduced him to who Buzz Lightyear is...he LOVES him!  I'll let the pictures do the talking.

We like to take pictures of Baker in his costume every year and here are some good ones that Gordie snapped one afternoon.

I am so lucky to call these boys mine!

LOVE them.

Baker's loot after trunk or treating at Union UMC!

He had the whole routine down pat. (ring doorbell, say trick or treat, get candy, say thank you, NEXT house!)   We went around our regular loop in our neighborhood that we typically walk Miller.  It was a lot for just a 2 year old but he was having a BLAST!

His "kunkin" was FULL.

A picture a picture that Baker's school gave us of him picking his pumpkin at their patch!

My work dresses up for halloween and we have a contest for the best costume.  I won this year -- woohoo!
