Lasagna

That is the face of one HAPPY boy who had his first taste of real, homemade lasagna tonight. I have a yummy, super easy recipe that I love to make and not only did everyone here enjoy it but Baker did too and that says a lot! :) He loves table food like chicken, rice, cheese quesadillas, veggies, etc. but we haven't crossed the bridge of italian food yet so this was a big step! I wasn't sure if he'd like it or not with all the different textures but he seriously loved it. He hated the Stage 3 lasagna baby food back a few months ago so naturally I thought he would spit mine out. However, he kept doing the sign for "more" so we kept shoveling it in! He doesn't like to get messy so putting it on his highchair tray is out of the question. Oh and this boy loves his side of bread. He definitely gets that from my side of the family. :)
