Getting Ready for Surgery

Isn't this just precious? Ah, you can see his little teeth too! This was him tonight passed out after eating his last ba ba for the night. No more formula until sometime after his surgery tomorrow. If he wakes up in the middle of the night its clear liquids only until 6:00AM. I'm hoping he stays with his usual schedule and sleeps through the night so we don't have to worry about what to or not to feed him.
Playing in the car while Miller was at the Dog Park
Hey mama, this is what I think of you staying at work so late!

Cheeeese!

Tomorrow is Baker's surgery in SLC so tonight when I got home from work we decided to take Miller to the dog park to let off some steam and we could unwind from our day. I stayed in the truck with Baker since the weather was absolutely gorgeous! I get weird about taking him inside the dog park with so many dogs. So we played with his toy dog that sings songs, I fed him some fruit (he loves his apples & blueberries), and we just watched Miller run around with the other dogs like crazy fools! The high today was only in the low 70s so it was pretty cool this evening so it was a nice night to be outside. We have to be down at the Children's Hospital at 7:30AM to check in and his surgery is scheduled for 9:00AM. We'll have our camera with us to take some pictures to capture the event so stay tuned! I know he'll be a champ and handle the surgery just fine. It will definitely be me and Gordie that will be needing all the wishes and prayers as we'll be the ones sitting on pins and needles until he gets out of surgery! It's just so scary when your little one hasn't ever gone under anesthesia to know how he will react to it so I'm praying all goes well. The surgery itself takes 15 minutes but between the check in, surgery, and wake up/recovery we probably won't be getting home until lunch time or a little after. I'll keep you guys posted on how it goes! Hopefully this will be the cure to his recurring ear infections!!! *keep your fingers crossed!!*
