Snow in SC & Lunch with Auntie E

On Sunday morning (12/26) we got snow, yes folks snow in SC! It was crazy to think we had snow here so soon after we left Utah thinking we'd never see snow for quite sometime. Of course it was nothing like the actual amount we always got in Utah but an inch or two was a lot for my parent's house. It was definitely a pretty sight to see with all the big pine trees and greenery. We about had a white Christmas just a day late!

We met up with Elizabeth (my bff) who now lives in Charlotte on Sunday for lunch at Ruby Tuesdays. It was SO good to see her and we can't wait to get up to Charlotte to go outlet mall shopping at Concord Mills soon! She got Baker some adorable toys - he seriously is in love with them both. She got him an old school play phone and a seahorse that plays lullabyes. My mom actually said I had one of the phones when I was little and LOVED it.
The seahorse is a lot like a gloworm but in my opinion is so much better! Baker loves to press his tummy while he is lying in bed trying to fall asleep. It has made for much quieter goodnights instead of the typical cry for 5 minutes and then he falls asleep.

Merry Christmas!

Here's Baker and the seahorse

Elizabeth and Baker goofing around. I think Baker was showing her his french fry that he got off Daddy's plate.

My big boy patiently waiting for his macaroni and cheese lunch! His shirt was perfect for the weather - it said I heart snow days!

Hey Mama, What's Auntie E's phone number so I can tell her thank you?

He won't put it down (12/27)

*Have I mentioned how much Baker enjoys eating or should I say "shoveling" fig newton's in his mouth? They are his all time favorite snack food these days. They rank right up there with Gerber biter biscuits and puffs! I've never seen him eat something so fast and make moans that sound like ohhh and say words that sound like "gooood". hahah its hilarious.
