Big Boy in his Crib

On March 13th we started putting Baker to sleep in his crib. We finally made the transition to put him in his own room! I'd say that was a huge step to take. It was so convenient having him in our room but I knew it was time to let go a little and get him used to sleeping in his room on his own. He absolutely loved it! I wasn't sure how it was going to go but we have slept everynight through the night since! It was such a seamless transition! He has been sleeping through the night since he was about 2 months and I was worried that moving him to his crib alone would make him wake up more during the night. He proved us wrong and has kept up his good sleeping habits! We are so proud of him. We got him a mobile for his crib and it plays a lullaby when you crank it up. Baker loves to stare and coo at it and gets angry if you forget to play it before you leave the room. With him being in his room we also started using his changing table! We used to just use the part on the pack n play and then we moved to using a changing pad on the floor as it was just convenient at the time. Now I am so glad we are using the changing table as it really makes everything easier. With a mama like me, I have him fully stocked with lots of clothes so I had to go out and buy a storage drawers to hold everything. I am so blessed to have such a sweet easy going baby!
