Rice Cereal, Tummy Time, & Race Day!

Let's just say, Baker LOVES rice cereal now! woohoo. :) He finishes the entire tablespoon which is a major improvement from the first few tries. He still eats it once a day and the daycare is feeding it to him around lunchtime. He seems to take it down just great for them so we'll see how he does this weekend.

Tummy time is going better. We are still working on it really hard. Lots of short intervals during the day/evening or else he screams and gets so worked up if you try to do it one long period of time. Not sure what his issue with it is but I'm sure he'll get over it soon!

Today was Race Day at the CDC. We had fun as there was a cookout, tricycle races, firetrucks, motorcycles, etc. It was cute seeing all the babies and toddlers out in their wagons, buggies, or walking in lines with rope to keep them together. Each room had decked out their mode of transportation or if they could walk then they dressed up! It was so cute. Baker rode around in the buggy for so long that he fell asleep!

It's bathing suit time! In about 1 month we will be flying back home to South Carolina for vacation! We couldn't be more excited. This means everyone can meet Baker AND we can finally get to the beach! Baker and I went shopping last night while Daddy was at work and found him a really good swimsuit with SPF built in along with the most adorable hat. I wasn't sure he would like the hat but turns out he LOVED it.

His swimsuit looks HUGE in this picture but it is actually so tiny! I can't wait to put it on him.

All smiles - yay for the beach hat!

His new thing - sucking his bottom lip.
